Norton Neo Discord Watch Party Prediction Contest – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Watch Party Prediction Contest (“Contest”) hosted on Discord. By submitting a prediction, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Contest is open to all community members. However, rewards are available to U.S.-based participants only. Non-U.S. participants may still take part in the prediction activity but will not be eligible for prizes.

2. How to Enter

Entry requirements and submission instructions are included in the Discord post for each eligible match. Participants must follow those instructions to submit a valid prediction. Predictions submitted outside of the designated method will not be accepted.

3. Prediction Submissions

•                Predictions must include the final score (goals scored by each team).

•                All predictions must be submitted before the match begins.

•                Prediction submissions close at kickoff. No entries will be accepted once the match has started.

•                Each participant may submit one prediction per match.

4. Determining the Winner

Exact score: A participant who correctly predicts the exact final score wins outright. A participant who guesses a level score, they must also guess which team advances and include a guess on penalty kicks.

Closest score: If no participant predicts the exact score, the winner is determined by the closest prediction based on the prediction and the goals (and penalties) scored by each team.

•                The difference is calculated by comparing each team’s total goals in the predicted score against that team’s total goals in the actual score.

•                To determine what score is closest to the exact score, if final score is 3–1 for Team A (4 total goals), these scenarios are considered equally close:

·       A prediction of 4–1 (Team A wins, 5 total goals, difference of 1),

·       A prediction of 2-1 (Team A wins, 3 total goals, difference of 1); and

·       A prediction of 3–2 (Team A wins, 5 total goals, difference of 1).

The same logic applies for penalty kicks as for total score. If multiple participants tie based on the criteria, the winner is the participant whose prediction was submitted first, based on the timestamp recorded in Discord. If a user has edited their post, their entry will be treated as having occurred at the time of the last edit.

5. Prizes

Prizes will be delivered digitally via email. Winners will be contacted privately by [@LynFromNeo] via Discord to arrange delivery.

6. Winner Announcement

After the final score is confirmed, all valid predictions will be reviewed. The top three winners will be announced in the Discord channel. Winners must respond to the private message from [@LynFromNeo] within [7 days] to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

7. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for any of the following:

•                Submitting predictions after kickoff

•                Editing a prediction after kickoff

•                Submitting multiple entries

•                Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the contest process

Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry at their discretion.

8. Changes and Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest or any individual match event at any time. In the event of cancellation, prizes may not be awarded for the affected match.

9. Disputes

All decisions made by the contest organizers are final. Any disputes regarding predictions, scoring, or prize eligibility will be resolved at the organizers’ sole discretion.
